Brief
After an extensive 7 year renovation, Historic Royal Palaces were holding a relaunch event to showcase the all new Orangery at Kensington Palace to the events industry and required some reception entertainment
Outcome
Music came in the form of the ever elegant Halo String Quartet who provided background music acoustically to an upbeat backing track as well as performing as an electric cello duo later on.
To add drama for guests’ arrival, we created two bespoke meet-and-greet characters using a pre-devised floral scheme. The “deconstructed Marie Antoinette” style costumes and headdresses were put together on site with fresh spring flowers in vibrant, block colours and were the perfect act to create a talking point as well providing a photo opportunity for guests.
Our portrait Anna was on hand to draw guests in the style of stunning fashion illustrations and for the final act, we had talents of classical crossover singer Laura Wright, the England Rugby official national anthem singer.
