The Oi Va Voi Klezmer Experience features some of the UK’s top Klezmer musicians, taking audiences on an emotional journey rooted in the music originally played by Jewish musicians in Eastern Europe during the late nineteenth and twentieth centuries.

Formed at the dawn of the millennium by six young Londoners with diverse musical backgrounds, Oi Va Voi made an immediate impact with their debut album, Laughter Through Tears. This album won double honors at the BBC Radio 3 World Music Awards and was listed among The New York Times’ Top 10 albums of the year, also launching the career of guest vocalist KT Tunstall. The band has since released three more acclaimed studio albums, leading to sell-out shows across Europe, the US, Russia, Turkey, and Israel, with memorable appearances at venues and festivals like London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire, Glastonbury, and WOMAD.
